Keeping our customers and our team safe
In order to help us continue to service your requirements all of our designers are now working remotely from home and we have added safety measures over and above those required by the government to ensure our manufacturing and dispatch remains a safe place to work for our team. This may place some minor restrictions on our service but we are still able to supply exactly the same premium quality products and typically on a 2 week lead time.
In most cases your sails can be installed by one of local suppliers using our low contact or no contact service but if you prefer you can also choose to install the sails yourself. If you are capable of putting up a shelf then with our guidance and support you will be able to measure and install InShade sail blinds into your Conservatory, Orangery or Roof Lantern.
Whichever route you choose we have a detailed process allowing all of our design work to be done remotely and we will guide you through every step of the way with our engineers checking each step. We have been selling all of our made to measure sails this way since 2006 and we are so confident in our process and product we provide a sure fit guarantee and a 5 year product warranty.
If you require a home visit for measuring, and installation then we have worked closely with our partners to develop minimal contact options.
